Is a frame included with my poster purchase?

We offer a selection of frames to complement your posters. Frames and posters are sold separately.

Do you do custom-made products?

For any specific requests (large dimensions), we invite you to contact us to study the feasibility.

What quality of paper do you offer?

All posters are printed on matte paper for optimal results. The weight varies depending on the poster size chosen. The paper is FSC certified. This label guarantees that the paper comes from legal and sustainably managed forests.

Where are the posters printed?

All our posters are printed in Normandy. We've worked closely with the same printer since our beginnings. Long live "Made in France" and "Made in Normandy"!

What are the payment methods?

You can pay by credit card or PayPal. All payments are secure.

How do I register a delivery address different from the order address?

Simply click on the "different billing address" function to have your products delivered to the address of your choice.

Can I print an invoice?

You will find your invoice in your customer account to print it.

Delivery

What are the delivery methods?

In mainland France and the European Union, you can choose between delivery to the address of your choice or to a collection point. For all other destinations, home delivery is available only.

What are the delivery times?

In mainland France, packages are delivered within 4 to 7 business days from dispatch. For express delivery, allow 48 hours if the order is placed before 1 p.m. Internationally, allow approximately 15 days.

What are the shipping costs?

In mainland France, fees are free for purchases of €59 or more.
